Leading Edge have completed a number of Level 1, Construction Worker Pass courses on my present project in Whitehall. The courses have been well organised, clear and concise. Most importantly all the attendees from both Kier Build and our sub-contractors have complimented the course and have been amazed at how much they have learnt. We are now organising Site Management courses. Louisa

McDermott Brothers were probably the first reinforced concrete frame contractor to endorse the use of the Edge System and train all managers, supervisors and operatives who work at height in Leading Edges' 'Restraint System' of work. Feedback from operatives and supervisors has been extremely positive and the change in working practices has been enthusiastically adopted. Operatives have made comments such as The best course I have been on in a long time and I thought I knew all about working at height, but I have learnt a lot more today. Colin

Having sat through the course twice now, I believe that the Working at Height course offered by Leading Edge Supplies, is a superb training package. Operatives who have been through the training, all commented on how much they had learnt and how useful the knowledge would be in the future. I would recommend it to any person involved in working at height, when the absolute last resort of fall restraint or fall arrest is required. Ralph

Leading Edge
deliver training in an extremely vibrant way. The content is enlightening,
easily absorbed, and perhaps most importantly, adopted by the
participants who leave willing to adopt better practice and fresh
thinking into their work methods. More understanding of restraint
issues should realise an improved safety performance in the industry. Mark

Faram Limited and the Swiss-RE Project Team wish to express our thanks to Leading Edge for accommodating us at such short notice, especially the large numbers of personnel involved and the logistical difficulties of setting up the training on site. The scope
of works required our operatives to work at height, close to an
unguarded edge - six lightwells per floor, twenty one floors in
total. Hence, The success
of this course can be measured by the response of our operatives
to the operations that immediately followed the training course.
All trained operatives were able to work with confidence, showed
a thorough understanding of the course and were able to exercise
a degree of control that ensured a high level of personal safety
and those of other trade contractors. Graham
