All items destined for UK addresses are dispatched by First Class post (Royal Mail), Parcel force or TNT Express. It's not possible to specify exactly which carrier we will use for your order as this is based on our weight and size rulings at the time of order. All goods will be sent on a signed for service, regardless of postal service used to ship your goods within the UK.
A signature for goods received is required on all items before they will be left via the mail or courier services. Receipt of a signature at the delivery address for any order will act as proof that the order has been delivered to you. If there is no one available at the delivery address to accept delivery of couriered goods, you will be notified of an alternative delivery date or place to collect the goods. We cannot accept responsibility for large goods that are returned to the post office and remain uncollected.

Delivery of goods to you will be considered to have occurred once the goods are placed with Royal Mail, or any other service we may use. Once goods are considered delivered the responsibility for the goods, risk of damage or loss will pass to you and you shall be responsible for them.
Goods ordered will be delivered to the address given when the order was placed, unless otherwise arranged with the Leading Edge Safety at the time of your order.

I Ordered The Wrong Item.
No problem. It's easy just post it back to us. We would recommend using a postal service that requires a signature on receipt of goods back to us, as we will only replace or refund goods on proof of return. Goods must also be in perfect condition (not used) and still in original packaging.
Goods must be returned within 30 days, after which time we will not be able to replace or refund the goods.
You've Sent Me The Wrong Item.
As soon as you find out we've sent you an incorrect item, please contact us directly and we will arrange collection from you to sort out the mistake quickly. We ask that goods be returned in perfect condition (unused) and still in original packaging. Please make arrangements with us to return the goods within 30 days. After this period we reserve the right not replace or refund goods. If you decide you would like to keep the item, contact us and we'll refund the difference.
How Long Will My Order Take To Arrive?
When you place an order online, we will endeavour to dispatch your goods that day, subject to orders being received before 12pm and there being free stock available. However if goods ordered online are not in free stock, we will typically manufacture and ship your item between 2 to 10 after full payment, however this is only advisory as all items are made to order.
If for some reason there is a problem with your order i.e. due to a production lead-time, we will contact you directly by email or by phone at time of purchase to advise you estimated lead-time and take your instruction whether to proceed or not at that time. If you decide not to proceed because of the delay we will give you a full refund.
We may deliver your items from the same order separately (as they become available in free stock) but will only charge for postage and packing as per the original order at no extra cost to you. Leading Edge Safety is not liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any unavoidable delay in delivery of an order. Leading Edge Safety is not liable for any damage which occurs to an order after a delivery has been made.
