These terms and conditions and your use of this web site are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and any disputes will be decided only by the Courts of England and Wales.

Your statutory rights are not affected by these terms and conditions.

Payment Terms are net 30 days from date of invoice. Interest may be charged at 2% per month on any overdue amount.

Most areas of mainland England, Wales and Southern Scotland are served by carrier.

All deliveries to other mainland or offshore destinations, carriage is by quotation.

Special arrangements can be made for Urgent or Next Day Delivery by Courier or Overnight Carrier.

Deliveries are subject to availability of products.

Product specification may vary from that shown, without notice.

Shortages, damage or non-delivery. Written notification must be received within 7 days of receipt for shortage and 20 days of invoice date for non delivery.

Returns must be accompanied by the purchase invoice number. If under complaint, they will be investigated and may be repaired or credited at our discretion. If the goods were correctly supplied and returned for credit, a handling charge of 25% may apply.

Medicinal products cannot be accepted for return.

Risks. The risk of damage or loss to the goods shall pass to the buyer when the goods are collected or, if the goods are delivered, at the time of delivery.

Property. Notwithstanding delivery and the passing of risk in the goods, the property in the goods, shall not pass to the buyer until the seller has received cash or cleared funds in full payment of the price of the goods. We reserve the right to claim from the buyer, all reasonable expenses incurred in collection of overdue monies. We reserve the right to charge the buyer 2% per month interest on all overdue debts. Until such time as the property in goods passes to the buyer, the buyer shall hold the goods as the seller’s fiduciary agent and bailee. He shall ensure that the goods are kept separate from those of the buyer and those of third parties and if resold or used in the ordinary course of business, he shall account to the seller for the proceeds of sale or otherwise of the goods. The seller retains the right, until such time as the property in the goods passes to the buyer, to require the buyer to deliver up the goods to the seller and if the buyer fails to do so, to enter the premises of the buyer to repossess the goods.

Orders are accepted and supplied only on the strict understanding the buyer agrees to these terms and conditions, and any terms and conditions on the buyer’s purchase order are nullified in preference to the Enfield Safety Supplies terms above.
