*B4Lunch delivery dates are based on next working day and do not include weekends or bank holidays, next day delivery is subject to stock holding and standard company lead times. A Saturday delivery option is available by special arrangement and at an additional cost if required.

Please see below for information regarding placing an order on our website, delivery options and our returns procedure.

1. Placing an order

i. The Goods displayed on the Website and information about the Goods and the prices on the website are an invitation to place an order only and do not consitute an offer by us to you to purchase the Goods.

ii. If you have an account with us an order is placed on the website when you click the "submit" button and the placing of such an order will constitute an offer by you to purchase the Goods subject to these Conditions. You should review the order and correct any incorrect details before pressing the "submit" button.

iii. If you do not have an account with us an order is placed on the website when you click the "confirm" button on our order form and then placing an order will constitute an offer by you to purchase the goods subject to these conditions. You should review the order and correct any incorrect details before pressing the "confirm" button.

iv. We shall acknowledge receipt of your order with an acknowledgement email. This is not an order confirmation or an order acceptance by us.

v. The order shall only be accepted by us when we send a confirmation email to you from us when we dispatch the Goods or make them available for collection which shall create a Contract which is subject to these conditions. The date of the Contract shall be the date on which we issue the confirmation email if any.

vi. We may list availability information for Goods sold by us on the website, including throughout the order process but cannot guarantee the availability of goods listed on the website. Please note dispatch estimates are only estimates and they are not guaranteed dispatch times and should not be relied upon as such.

vii. Where Goods are listed as being currently unavailable contact us on 0333 003 5710 and we will be able to provide you with estimated times.

viii. If you receive an acknowledgement email or confirmation email for an order which you did not place, or if the details in the acknowledgement email or confirmation email do not match the order which you placed, you must contact our customer service team on customerservice@enfieldsafety.co.uk

2. Delivery

i. Goods will be delivered the next morning

ii. We do provide a same day dedicated service for London, within M25 deliveries on orders placed by 10:00am

iii. Other delivery options are:
UK Premium: Order before 16:30 B4 10:30
Euro Sprint: Order before 15:00 3-5 day delivery
Worldwide: Order before 15:00 5-7 day delivery

3. Returns

i. Goods correctly supplied may not be returned without our written agreement

ii. Goods must be returned within 30 days of delivery

iii. Goods returned must be unused and undamaged together with any accessories or items that have been provided free of charge by us or consigned carriage paid, in each case, accompanied by a packing note stating the Company's invoice number and date thereof together with the reason for return.

iv. We will also pay the return carriage costs for exchanges or refunds where the return is our error or the material is deemed to be faulty.

v. If returned Goods have been correctly supplied, the Company may impose a restocking charge of up to 25% the value of goods.

vi. On returned Goods that have been correctly supplied there will be a £9.95 collection cost.

vii. Unless incorrectly supplied or deemed to be faulty we cannot accept the return of:

a. Goods that have been embroidered, badged or printed
b. Goods that have beem assembled in line with your requirements
c. Goods that have been specially procured in line with your requirements and do not form part of our standard range
d. For health and hygiene reasons the following items sealed for protection reasons will be deemed as used and cannot be returned if unwrapped:
i. Plasters, bandages, sterile saline eyewash, dressing strip, resuscitation aid, wipes, perishable food items etc
e. We also ask that perishable foods items are returned within their use by date

viii. If you paid for Goods by credit card or debit card, and a refund is due as a result of the Goods being rejected in accordance with Condition ii & iii. We shall make a refund to the same credit card or debit card used for the payment.

ix. If returned Goods (or any of them) are dispatched and subsequently lost in transit the Company will not issue a credit note or refund (where one is due) unless and until the returned Goods arrive at the Company's premises.

x. Our promise is to uplift unwanted Goods from your premises within 5 days of the request being made.

xi. This does not affect your statutory rights.
