The Drill Shoe securely holds the drill base and battery together, preventing accidental separation. The drill tether design incorporates a velcro fastened for easy fitting and removal for speed and charging. The mesh structure in the shoe provides ventilation, preventing the battery from overheating.

It conforms to the provision and scope of our testing and quality procedures as per the PPE Regulations (EU)2016/045, where applicable and relevant within the fit for purpose design parameters.

Testing Methods.

All tool safety equipment classified as UKCA approved must surpass two rigorous testing methods.

Static Test.

We attach the product to an anchor point and apply pressure by hanging a weight from it. A product only passes if it is able to withstand the load for a minimum of three minutes without signs of damage or weakening.

Dynamic Drop Test.

We attach the product to an anchor point and apply pressure by hanging a weight from it. A product only passes if it is able to withstand the load for a minimum of three minutes without signs of damage or weakening.

Every item that leaves our factory comes with full documentation containing technical specifications, serial numbers, testing methods, working load limits and inspection results proving it has passed all necessary requirements for work at height.
